何小帆律師 Viola Ho

何小帆律師擁有香港律師和澳洲律師執業牌照，同時也是澳大利亞政府註冊的移民代理，擁有合法的各類簽證和移民申請的資格。何律師在澳大利亞悉尼有近二十年的律師執業經驗，也是澳大利亞悉尼SPINKS ELPHICK HO相關法律業務的法律執業主管，現擔任SEH一帆顧問集團的主任律師及首席執行官。
何律師的經驗和專業知識，為客戶提供最高程度的法律諮詢和支持。她在商業法律、知識產權、商業財產事務和民事案件方面都有豐富的經驗。在其他法律領域，包括財產法、家庭法和訴訟也有實踐。 何律師出生成長於香港，移居澳大利亞已三十餘年，對當地的法律、移民和教育等事宜有相當的認識和經驗。
Ms. Ho is a practising solicitor having been admitted as a solicitor in both Hong Kong and Australia. She has accumulated at least 20 years’ experience as a solicitor and is partner in both legal practices; Forward & Co Lawyers (Hong Kong) and Spinks Elphick Ho (Australia).
Ms Ho has extensive experience and expertise knowledge in a broad range of legal areas, including but not limited to litigation, company and commercial law, employment law, intellectual property law and family law. She is also a registered migration agent in Australia specialising in investment type visas, among other visas and appeals.
Combining her knowledge and passion for the law, Ms Ho diligently provides her clients with the highest standards of legal advice and professionalism.
